What Is the Customer Referral Program?
The Customer Referral Program is a once-off incentive offered by Hexabyte (Pty)Ltd to reward successful customer referrals.
A referral reward becomes payable when:
A new customer is referred to Hexabyte
The referred customer successfully signs up
Installation is completed
The first monthly subscription payment is successfully received
Referral Reward
The referral reward is a once-off payment equal to 15% of the referred customer’s monthly subscription fee.
Calculated on the subscribed monthly service fee only
Paid once per successful referral
Excludes installation fees, equipment, promotions, and discounts
No ongoing or recurring commissions apply
Who Can Refer?
✔ Existing Hexabyte customers
✔ Non-customers (friends, family members, landlords, businesses, or installers)
✔ You do not need an active Hexabyte service to qualify for a referral reward.y
Who Can Be Referred?
New residential or business customers
Customers who have not previously had an active Hexabyte service
Referral details must be supplied at sign-up
Important Conditions
Referral rewards are paid once-off per customer
Self-referrals are not permitted
Referral information must be provided at the time of sign-up
No rewards are payable for cancelled, unpaid, or failed installations
Hexabyte reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-payment
How the Referral Program Works
Complete the referral form or ensure your referral provides your details during sign-up.
The referred customer completes the application, installation, and service activation process.
Once the referred customer’s first monthly subscription payment has been received, the referral qualifies for payment.
The referrer receives a once-off referral payment of 15% of the monthly subscription.
Existing customers: account credit or EFT
Non-customers: EFT payment
